We execute all Building Engineering services and systems including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing & drainage, firefighting, electrical, fire alarm and low-current systems, building automation and monitoring systems, etc. We have successfully performed installations across the diversified construction landscape including hospitals, hotels, colleges, industrial plants, shopping malls, edutainment centers, villas, palaces, residential and office buildings.

With a need to remain competitive and, at the same juncture, enhance the quality of its services, we employ full ‘in-house’ draughting and engineering teams, utilizing the latest in hardware and CAD software. We also possess an advanced computerised system that will provide a seamlessly integrates all our departments and streamlines our operations. Our potential stands us apart.

We undertake contracts by the full utilization of its own resources; sub-contracting is limited to the exacting requirements of specific projects.

We operate from Offices located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The company is organised on departmental lines with the following distinct departments providing central support to the decentralized project management teams on site including Contracts; Engineering; Purchase; Quality, Safety & Environment; Commercial; Estimation; Finance & Accounts; HR & Administration; and IT.

This approach allows us to focus our core activities amongst closely knitted teams leaving the on-site teams to concentrate on the execution of the installation. Of course, specific contract requirements are catered for.
